OOTD

Hello Beautiful people,
I hope you are all doing well.
I've literally spent the last couple of days packing for my trip to the beautiful island Jamaica, Ill be flying tomorrow morning early and I thought that it just wouldn't be right to abandon my blog for the next couple of weeks without mentioning it at all.
Ill be uploading to Instagram every other day if not every day! so follow me on instagram (Theycallmenestle) to stay up to date with my life.
Ill be taking my camera so ill definitely try my best to vlog the weeks that I am away... anyway lets get back to the real topic of this blog post which is of course my OOTD.

I think that sometimes simplicity in an outfit says it all, as much as bright colours & loud accessories can change a whole outfit and turn it into a master piece I don't necessarily think its the only way to make a statement with a simple outfit.

I probably should have taken a few photos of myself in this dress before I gave it a Knot at the side and stretched the arm holes but Im sure we can all use our imaginations!

This was a simple black dress from Monki and if Im entirely honest it didn't really compliment my shape. I wanted to jazz  this simplistic outfit up without doing any major D.I.Y work or wearing lots of jewellery or makeup to compensate for the blandness of the dress. All I did was stretch the arm holes to show off the colour of whatever sports bra or bandeau I was wearing and then I also knotted the bottom so that it would give me a little bit of definition and curves.

Don't get me wrong though this outfit could probably do well with a nice necklace topped off with some stacked up rings! but i just wanted to keep it simple today.
I hope you all like this outfit as much as I do anyway Ciao for now my lovelies.

Totally Tropical Nike Sliders

Hello again,
It hasn't been very long since I last did a post but I felt the need to have a little ramble about my latest purchase which were *DRUM ROLL*...Nike sliders!!!
I've never really been a huge fan of sporty flipfloppy types of footwear as I have always felt that although they may be comfortable they were always designed very ugly!
Although this has been my general opinion for the majority of my life my perception of these lovely sliders were soon changed when I received my ASOS magazine in the post.
ASOS took sporty footgear to another level with their Totally Tropical fashion look book, they've definitely converted me! I've never purchased an item so quick before in my life, there was literally no hesitations whatsoever because as soon as my eyes hit that page it was literally love at first sight and I
 instantly ordered my own pair!
anyway there really isn't much more to say apart from everyone should get a pair as not only are they trendy they are super comfortable!

I would also recommend that you may have to size down as they do swallow your feet a little bit, I am normally a UK size 8 however I could get away with a 6 and half  OR  7 with this sliders.

Anyway cheerio for now

OOTD

Hello my chocolate buttons! I quite liked my outfit and thought it would be lovely to share it with you all!

The other day I was struggling to find an outfit as I've had a big clear out to make more room for new clothes, and literally EVERYTHING I tried on just didn't look right however after at least an hour and a half of rummaging through the pile of clothes on my bed, I picked out the most simplest of outfits.

This obviously ended up being a winner and my friend suggested we take a few photos for an OOTD.

My best friend suggested that a little bit of lipstick would make this outfit pop! and I Definitely agree

What's a 'liebster award' you say? Well, I was thinking the same thing  when my lovely friend Gabriella Morales from Rellamorales nominated me, so I would like to say  a HUGE Thank you for nominating me as this award is a great way to introduce new bloggers.

Nominate 11 bloggers with less than 200 followers

Bloggers Questions:
1. What's your favourite item of clothing?
I would have to say that my favourite item of clothing would be my Navy blue Nightdress in which I live in!

2. What's your favourite make-up range, and why?
Any MAC products, mainly because they makes me feel flawless but if I am on a budget Sleek lipsticks give me the same feeling.

3. Favourite place to shop at?
I am going to have to say it’s a Toss up Between Top shop and New look,
Other places cant compete if they don’t have a tall section!

4. Is there a make-up or clothing brand you can't stand?
I cannot stand  Converses as they are extremely uncomfortable and make your feet look clownish if your size 7 and above…of course this all depends on what colour you get. As for makeup it would probably have to be those all Natural foundations that you can purchase at Superdrug, they just make your face look ashy!

5. What's your favourite trend?
I am absolutely LOVING the fact that the jelly shoes are back it’s a pitty they are a tad bit uncomfortable! And there also seems to be a theme of clueless creeping back and I absolutely LOVE it.

6. Who inspires you the most?
I have two friends that are very close to my heart they inspire me because of their strength, courage and kind hearts. I just love how when I am low or feeling overwhelmed just one conversation automatically helps me to see the wood from the trees.

7. What's your dream vacation?
Dream vacation at the moment would be Australia

8. Would you rather wear lipgloss, or lipstick?
Can I say Carmex with a bit of lip liner?

9. What is your favourite piece of jewellery?
I love rings, I only have a few and my favourite would be the one my Sister gave me.
10. What is your favourite film?
I am a HUGE fan of the XMEN films and for the longest time I wished that I was Mystique! But if I had to choose one film I wouldn’t be able to as it’s a toss up between Inception, Limitless and Now you see me.

11. Gold or silver?
It really depends on what I am wearing and what colour my hair is, at the moment I would say Gold.

11 Facts:
1. I am allergic to Cats, Apples and cherries!
2. If I was to die and come back as an animal I would have to be either an Elephant or an owl.
3. I have a phobia of cotton and almost never remove my nail polish with a cotton ball, as it’s too much of a traumatic endeavour for me so I either never wear polish or just wait until it chips off by itself.
4. My favourite colour of all time is Orange but lately I’ve really been enjoying the pastels,
 5. I'm a disgustingly unfit person and sometimes struggle to go up and down the stairs…I’m not quite sure if I should have shared that fact!
6. You know how Kids sometimes take a spoon full of sugar out of the sugar jar when their mum isn’t looking…Well I was the kid that would take salt!
7. I love travelling, and would love to travel the world one day
8. When it comes to crisp and me there is literally never a point where I feel that I have eaten too much, I could easily consume a box of 48!
9. As much as I enjoy music I could most definitely live without it.

10. If I weren’t so bloody allergic to cats I would be a proud pet owner to a Blue Russian Cat and I would call him Jetson.
11. I once almost burnt down the house from trying to fry my own crisp.

As mentioned in my previous blog post, I sometimes find it very difficult to find the perfect style and fit in shoes and when summer comes along and I am forced to ditch the trusty Dr Marten boots I sometimes find myself in a panic as its such a stressful event in finding new comfortable shoes!

Luckily I stumbled across New looks Sandal Collection and I must say I was more than impressed and I thought it would only be fair to do a follow up with a "How I wear my New Look sandals" post. So here goes...

Red Velvet Crop top -Primark

These Outfits are very Simple and cheap and just easy to throw on! I honestly feel like the sandals make all the difference as they really make a plain everyday outfit look on trend.

New Look Jilly White Caged Heeled Sandals

Believe it or not every summer I struggle to find sandals that are comfortable and trendy, for some this may be an easy task however being 6 ft 1 and having size 8 feet means that all the nice ones sell out fast or they just don't ever have my size!

With this usually being the case I wasn't really looking forward to replacing my Sandal collection after I did a massive clear out but I was pleasantly surprised one day when I browsed through ASOS to find that New Look had an amazing spring/summer sandal collection.

These lovely sandals were only £24.99!!! and they also come in Black and Nude, they are most definitely true to size and I say this because its really annoying when I buy shoes and they are not quite a comfortable fit and its almost impossible for me to size up because no where seems to stock a female size 9! They are extremely comfortable and look really cute when worn with socks.

I honestly recommend everyone to buy them while they are still in stock!

A week with the Rainbow Sibs

Over the last 6 days I was a part of a fantastic project catered for children with autistic siblings. I cant express how amazingly successful this project was and to see the transformation from the beginning of the week to the end when the children did their performance at The colour house theatre was just incredible!
Here is a Link to some of the activities that we got up to during The Rainbow Sibs Project.
